Precision manufacturing with a focus on sustainability

As a specialized manufacturing company for high-end moulds, cutting dies, and precision-mechanical components, we combine technological precision with a strong focus on sustainable business practices. In an industry where energy-intensive processes are unavoidable, we continuously invest in solutions that reduce our ecological footprint while improving product quality. For us, sustainability is not a marketing term but a structural part of our business strategy and production environment.

Energy-efficient infrastructure and green power

Our production runs as much as possible on renewable energy. On the roof of our site, a PV installation with 592 solar panels supplies a significant share of our electricity needs. This reduces our CO₂ emissions and makes our production less dependent on fossil fuels.

We also use heat pumps for energy-efficient heating and cooling. Combined with our Borehole Energy Storage (BES/BEO) field, this forms a long-term sustainable energy solution. A BEO field consists of a network of vertical boreholes in the ground where heat and cold are stored. In summer, excess heat is stored in the ground and reused in winter for heating—and vice versa. This system ensures a stable indoor climate in our production hall and offices with minimal energy impact.

Water management and circular solutions

We also take responsibility in terms of water use. Through rainwater harvesting, we collect rainwater and reuse it in our processes and for sanitary use. This limits the use of tap water and reduces environmental impact.

Our investments in sustainable technologies go hand in hand with an efficient production organization. Through smart planning, precise CNC machining, and quality control, we reduce material waste and extend the lifespan of our moulds and components. Sustainable manufacturing also means less waste and higher reliability for our customers.

Sustainability does not stop at machines and buildings. We also invest in an energy-efficient and pleasant working environment. In our production spaces we use energy-efficient lighting, which significantly reduces energy consumption while ensuring optimal visibility for precision work.

We provide charging facilities for e-bikes to encourage sustainable commuting. In this way we contribute to reduced traffic pressure and lower CO₂ emissions, while creating a modern and future-oriented workplace.
