In our production environment, we deliberately focus on energy-efficient processes, well-considered material choices and optimal use of resources. Where is Tumag’s production located and in which regions are you active?
Tumag is located in Turnhout, Belgium. From our advanced production facility, we develop and manufacture high-end moulds and precision tooling. We primarily focus on industrial customers in the Benelux region (Belgium and the Netherlands), but we also supply our precision mechanical solutions to demanding markets across the rest of Europe.
How does Tumag ensure quality at extremely tight tolerances?
Quality is embedded in our methodology. We manufacture in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled production environment with a team of more than 30 experienced specialists. Throughout the entire CNC and EDM process, we carry out strict intermediate inspections. In addition, we work according to strict ISO-certified processes to guarantee one hundred percent reliability.
What does your approach as a “total solution supplier” mean in practice?
As a total solution supplier, we take full responsibility for managing your project. We prefer to get involved early through co-engineering and provide advice on manufacturability (Design for Manufacturing). We then handle in-house production, quality control, assembly, and, if required, maintenance. All of this is coordinated through one dedicated project team.
