All our products are being produced with increasing precision and accuracy, which means the challenges for our measuring instruments continue to grow. During the production of precision components, interim measurements are an indispensable step in the process. Additionally, before our products are delivered, they undergo a meticulous inspection. We can provide highly detailed measurement reports to our customers. Our specialists check the form and position tolerances, surface roughness, and hardness of a product.

As a precision tool and mold maker, we at Tumag understand better than anyone that investing in precise measuring tools is a must. This is essential to further enhance the service, lead time, and quality of our high-precision molds and parts.

Thanks to a climate control system, our measurement room is always maintained at the ideal temperature, ensuring that components can be measured perfectly according to applicable standards. With our highly precise measuring machines, we can perform measurements within a range of 0.7 micrometers. Our new Mitutoyo STRATO-Apex 9166 CMM is capable of both point measurements and scanning measurements.
