Tumag specialises in machining and finishing these materials, applying techniques such as HSM milling, wire EDM, sink EDM, cylindrical grinding, profile grinding and precision turning in a seamlessly coordinated manner. This allows us to realise complex geometries, internal structures and tightly defined tolerances that are essential for aeronautical applications.
Our control of thermal stability, stress reduction, surface quality and wear management ensures that both the mould and the manufactured part perform as required — even under extreme temperature fluctuations or prolonged mechanical loads.
