More than ten years after our previous corporate video, the time had come for an up-to-date and technically substantiated update. During this period, our company has evolved significantly in terms of infrastructure, machinery, and production capabilities. With this new corporate video, we present a realistic picture of who we are today and the technologies we master.
State-of-the-Art Production Facility and High-End Precision Machines
In recent years, we have made targeted investments in a new, modern, and fully climate-controlled production facility, which is essential for stable and repeatable precision machining. At the same time, we continue to invest consistently in advanced CNC and metrology equipment to meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
Our machine park has recently been expanded with, among others:
- an OPS Ingersoll V5 for high-precision 5-axis machining,
- a +GF+ Form 200 sinker EDM machine equipped with a System 3R WorkPartner 1+,
- a Mitutoyo Strato Apex 9166 coordinate measuring machine for extremely accurate dimensional inspection,
- a DMG CLX 450 TC Turn/Mill machine for combined turning and milling operations,
- a +GF+ CUT P 550 Pro wire EDM machine.
Thanks to these investments, we position ourselves among the leading companies specialized in moulds, cutting dies, and fine mechanical tools. Our upgraded machinery elevates all machining processes—turning, milling, sinker EDM, and wire EDM—to a higher technological level.
With the Mitutoyo Strato CMM, we quite literally put the finishing touches on precision, ensuring every component meets the most stringent tolerances.
