Our new Mitutoyo STRATO-Apex 9166 CMM enables us to perform all our/your measurements with even greater precision.
With a measuring range of 900 x 1600 x 600 mm, an accuracy of E0, MPE of: (0.7 + 2.5L/1000) µm and the flexibility of the Renishaw indexing probe, this CMM is perfectly suited to our high-mix/low-volume production environment.
Thanks to this latest investment, the production capacity and speed for all our interim measurements and final inspections have also been increased. All of this is aimed at further elevating the service, lead time, and quality of our high-precision molds and parts to an even higher level.
